Robert is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be vital in supporting our leadership team. You will serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall productivity and success of Robert. If you are a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent interpersonal skills, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities - Manage and organize executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, reports, and presentations. - Handle incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. - Assist with personal and professional tasks as required to streamline executives’ schedules. - Liaise with internal departments and external partners effectively. - Maintain confidential documents and ensure information privacy. - Manage expense reports and process administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.

In this role, you will report directly to one of the Vice Presidents and serve as the go-to person serving as the point of contact between the leaders and the Red Hat executive and management teams, associates, key business contacts, and customers. You will plan and organize sales meetings, coordinate C-level customer and partner contacts, and ensure a timely response to key correspondence. As an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator, you will also serve as a project manager for key initiatives supporting the team goals.
