• Lead the Engineering Operations Team • Build, mentor, and support a team of infrastructure and operations engineers. • Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations for the team. • Oversee the reliability and performance of infrastructure across AWS and hybrid environments. • Drive improvements in observability, incident response, and operational processes. • Partner with cross-functional groups such as Security Operations, Compliance and diverse Engineering teams to design and operate scalable, resilient infrastructure.

• Audience Engagement: Act as the primary, authentic voice of NVIDIA Developer Marketing within targeted communities, forums, and social channels. • Nurture daily conversations and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment to help those communities accelerate integration. • Super-User Cultivation: Identify, onboard, and build deep relationships with community champions, open-source contributors, and brand advocates to help them amplify our shared interests. • Voice of the Developer: Serve as the internal advocate for the community. • Actively synthesize daily sentiment, problems, and product feedback, translating these into actionable insights for our engineering and product teams. • Content & Resource Curation: Partner with technical teams to ensure the community has the right resources, tutorials, and documentation. • Highlight and celebrate community-generated projects and success stories. • Collaboration with Program Managers: Work hand-in-hand with our Program Management team to drive community attendance to regional activations (Hackathons, Meetups) and ensure online momentum continues long after the events end.
