ICT Project Manager

Role Description At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an ICT Project Manager to join our UniQue team. - Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope. - Establishes and manages project controls to ensure that milestones are met and project products are delivered on time and within scope. - Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables. - Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project. - Liaises with Project Board and other key stakeholders. - Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities and workload in the team, and motivates project team members. - Plans and controls project products delivery processes. - Manages effective communication within the project and with the external environment of the project. - Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). - Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project. - Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations. - Organizes and conducts project meetings. Qualifications - Master's degree in ICT relevant field. - At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience. - Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience. - At least one certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM2 Essential / Advanced. - Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager. - Proven experience in the area of Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment. - Experience working for/at the public sector, preferably in International organisations or EU Institutions. - Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods. - Prior experience in applying Agile methodologies. - Excellent English language skills (C-level, written and spoken).
