• As a leader in platform engineering of both the Ingest and Network Data Team, you will lead the team in designing, and scaling a high-performance, data ingest and critical enrichments that plays a critical role for some of the most influential companies on the internet. • Engineering Manager for the Ingest and Network Team: Mentor and lead a growing organization responsible for both the high-volume ingestion pipelines and the complex network data enrichment services. • Provide thought leadership in designing and scaling distributed systems that ingest trillions of records while performing real-time enrichments on network metadata. • Take broad concepts and define requirements, approach, and success metrics. • Contribute hands-on on both greenfield and maintenance projects, including bootstrapping large and/or new products. • Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation to maintain platform reliability. • Collaborate with other engineering, support, and sales teams to drive platform-wide storage standards and alignment with customer demands. • Participate in our recruiting and hiring process.

• Design, implement, and maintain software modules for production cost planning, including generation, storage, and transmission operating decisions • Support multi-region and inter-regional planning with long-term temporal and spatial resolution • Implement and improve large-scale optimization models, develop approaches for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-horizon uncertainty • Build maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code for production-grade planning tools • Design modular architectures that allow new technologies, policies, and constraints to be added over time • Improve runtime performance and memory efficiency for large datasets and long planning horizons • Integrate capacity expansion results with downstream models, Ensure data traceability and reproducibility of planning results • Collaborate with domain experts to validate model behavior and assumptions • Clearly communicate technical concepts and modeling results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to documentation and user-facing explanations of model logic and limitations

The selected candidates will work closely with Navarro’s consultant to assess engineering design procedures for compliance, clarity, and alignment with DOE engineering expectations and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Review Engineering Design Procedures for technical adequacy, completeness, and consistency. - Evaluate procedures for alignment with DOE engineering requirements, standards, and accepted practices. - Identify gaps, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in engineering design processes and documentation. - Provide written comments, technical observations, and recommendations for improvement. - Support consolidation of review comments and assist in preparing summary findings or briefing materials. - Participate in review meetings or discussions with Navarro staff and the lead consultant, as needed.
