Field Engineer
Astreya
• Capture and understand customers’ technical and product requirement on battery functioning and how is it used in the terminal and host devices and ensure smooth and adequate transfer to client internal team • Lead the technical, technological, and functional aspects of proposals to customers • Troubleshoot system applications on customer's request, resolving other engineering issues regarding systems application • Build mutual trust with customers’ technical staff • Prepare relevant records, data, and documents for product presentations, conduct training sessions for demonstrating new products and services, and support the sales team in organizing the presentation and training of product demonstration • Oversee technical training of consumer specific application of various engineering products in developing stage • Other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
- Good understanding of effective network design methodologies
- Knowledge of how to troubleshoot and assess live networks
