• Collaborate with Development Leaders, Product Owners, and others to ensure high quality releases • “Own” overall quality for releases by becoming a customer and quality advocate • Provide the “Go/No-Go” recommendation to the delivery team regarding quality for all releases • Develop ways to automate and improve testing processes within a CICD construct • Responsible for ensuring test plans and executions are completed prior to production release • Ensure E2E and Integration Test automated test coverage prior to production release • Manually test features in development as needed • Train testers in how to complete code reviews and code/architecture quality reviews • Ensure defects have been documented based on standard quality processes • Train engineers and other team members on current quality standards • Complete post deployment check for releases as needed • Review current automation framework and make improvements as needed • Perform code reviews for quality engineers to ensure appropriate code standards are being met • Manage automated test code repositories for multiple test suites using multiple automation tools • Ensure automation scripts meet acceptable reliability, performance, and maintenance requirements • Create and improve automated testing strategy for key features for applications under development • Research and provide feedback on test frameworks and tools • Provide team training, documentation, and direction for multiple quality teams and partners • Review customer feedback, incidents, and test results from alpha/beta tests to inform test practices • Be a “voice of the customer” for a functional product area across multiple teams • Ensure all “definition of done” items are completed prior to production release • Provide updates to process documentation as needed

• Monitor and respond to incoming data quality issues via Slack, ClickUp, and Jira • Research reported discrepancies by querying source data in Snowflake • Document root cause findings and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams • Maintain defined work queue with clear prioritization and SLA adherence • Perform QA testing on Domo dashboards and dataflows before release • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across BI outputs • Flag discrepancies between expected and actual results with clear documentation • Support regression testing when upstream data models change • Create and maintain testing summaries for completed QA cycles • Manage task tracking in ClickUp and Jira with clear status updates • Contribute to QA runbooks, checklists, and escalation procedures • Communicate findings to analysts and stakeholders in plain language • Work directly with analysts to understand reporting requirements and expected behavior • Escalate complex or systemic issues to senior data engineering team members • Participate in team standups and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead and support QA activities for downstream manufacturing, including Drug Product, Finished Drug Product, and devices such as pre-filled syringes and auto-injectors • Maintain and enhance robust GMP quality systems encompassing documentation, change control, deviations, CAPA, quality events, and continuous improvement initiatives • Stay current with regulatory changes, industry trends, and implement new requirements into company policies and procedures • Utilize risk-based approaches to quality management, proactively identifying and mitigating quality risks across the organization • Develop, monitor, and report key quality metrics to drive GMP compliance and improve product quality • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained in GMP requirements and quality procedures • Keep comprehensive and accurate records and reports of all quality assurance activities • Foster a culture focused on quality, compliance, data integrity, patient safety, collaboration, and teamwork • Prepare and support the organization for regulatory authority inspections and maintain inspection readiness • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive innovation in quality systems and processes

Role Description Our team provides quality assurance for mobile games developed by the company. We work closely with game designers, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure high quality, stability, and an engaging player experience across different mobile devices and operating system versions. We continuously improve our QA processes step by step, focusing on efficient testing practices and product quality. We are looking for a Manual QA team member who can perform manual testing of mobile games across different devices and operating system versions. We work remotely, with formal meetings kept to a minimum — one weekly stand-up, and the rest scheduled based on work needs. Our focus is on maintaining a balance between game quality and business goals to ensure long-term project sustainability and a positive team atmosphere.
