Enablement Manager, Sales Enablement
Red Hat
• Leading cross-functional teams to design engaging seller journeys • Building enablement for the field that drives real behavioral change • Developing the tools and resources needed to support the field • Analyzing metrics to prove (and improve) business impact • Collaborating with senior EMs and program leads to execute enablement programs and work streams • Coordinating and using enterprise learning platforms (e.g. LMS, Smartsheet, Sales Hub) to deliver enablement assets and programs • Designing and building learning assets using various tools and technologies • Providing day-to-day program support, ensuring facilitators and SMEs are prepared and learners have a seamless experience • Tracking and reporting adoption, participation, and learner feedback; sharing insights with program owners • Ensuring deliverables meet Red Hat standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness • Co-delivering assigned learning sessions with professionalism and preparedness • Supporting awareness campaigns to drive engagement and uptake in assigned programs • Applying problem-solving skills to address execution challenges in real time • Contributing ideas to improve the learner experience and enhance program impact
Job Requirements
- Background in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Instructional Design
- Co-delivering engaging learning sessions

Hanna Interpreting Services is seeking a relentless Business Development Manager: a pure sales hunter who thrives on identifying, qualifying, and closing new logos. This is not a role for someone looking to manage an existing book of business; it is for a high-velocity prospector who excels at turning "cold" into "closed." As the tip of the spear for our national expansion, you will aggressively pursue untapped K-12 school districts, Higher Education institutions, County Offices of Education (COEs), charter networks, and social service agencies. Your success is defined by your ability to break into new accounts, displace established competitors, and deliver high-impact Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from day one. Responsibilities: - Aggressive New Logo Acquisition: Own the entire top-of-funnel process. Self-source leads and execute high-volume cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to convert prospects into high-value partnerships. - Strategic Market Penetration: Analyze California and national markets to identify high-potential targets. Develop and execute a "land and expand" strategy to secure Hanna’s footprint in previously unpenetrated regions and entities. - Competitive Displacement: Actively hunt for organizations currently underserved by legacy providers. You must be skilled at highlighting Hanna’s value proposition to win over dissatisfied stakeholders and secure multi-year commitments.. - High-Stakes Pitching & Closing: Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution. Deliver persuasive, ROI-driven presentations to Superintendents, Directors of Student Services, and Procurement Officers. - CRM & Pipeline Militancy: Maintain a high-velocity pipeline within HubSpot. We expect rigorous documentation of every touchpoint, accurate forecasting, and a disciplined approach to moving deals through the stages of the funnel. - RFP & Proposal Leadership: Partner with internal teams to dominate complex RFP responses. • Define the structure for the market including a clear definition of use of reps, technical resources, and customer service to drive growth • Develop clear key performance indicators for the segment in line with the long-range plan and the annual plan goals. • Understand market trends and long-term objectives to collaborate with product management and ensure our strategy is in line with the future needs of the segment • Develop a detailed growth strategy for each market segment, distributor and contractor targets • Drive a SWOT analysis for the segment and define goals to continuously improve on weaknesses and capitalize on opportunities. • Determine the training and development needs for the key commercial team in the segment, including employees and reps/distributors, as necessary. • Lead the planning process for the segment for annual planning and long-range strategic planning • Determine appropriate marketing materials for the segment drive creation and distribution of materials as part of the strategy. • Coordinates and attends state and regional trade shows. • Support the quality team on all customer complaints within the segment • Data-driven decision making • Develops and manages the assigned sales staff’s selling capabilities within an assigned geographic region.
