This position sits within the SMB Growth team, which is a mid-market sales team that is part of the broader SMB sales organization. The focus of this team is to connect TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. We are looking for a sales & customer service-centric, analytically minded, and detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our SMB Growth Team. You will partner with a Brand Partnerships Manager on your book of business to drive revenue by identifying opportunities and leveraging data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. You will be focused on client education and will be a crucial member in meeting client business objectives. In addition to supporting advertisers, CSMs are tasked with providing thoughtful feedback and recommendations to key internal stakeholders. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, ability to thrive in a rapidly changing work environment, and provide solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite. The most successful candidates in this role will have media experience, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and thrive in an environment where optimal solutions involve testing and learning. TikTok currently observes a hybrid working policy of 4 days in the office each week and 1 day working remotely. This position is full-time and based out of our Austin, TX office. Responsibilities: - Act as a consultant to develop and grow client relationships with advertisers of all sizes - Create media plans that deliver against client KPIs - Monitor, analyze campaign performance and make proactive recommendations to improve results - Project manage complex media buys with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets - Support and work with Sales on pre-sale research and pitches - Serve as an external product expert, educating clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices. - Manage measurement strategy and creative execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign executions and troubleshoot client issues - Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our advertising strategy and ad offeringsMinimum Qualifications: - Experience in an account management and/or client service role within digital marketing and/or advertising - Experience managing complex client and campaign issues - Experience analyzing campaign delivery, diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders - Self-starter and motivated to learn Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with auction-based ad networks - Experience working directly with brand or performance advertisers, including agencies - Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) - Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills - Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
