• Chargemaster subject matter expert for all USPh entities • Manage charge master functions including Pricing Coding Fee Schedule analysis • Review denial trends and update Medicare Expected Amounts Annually • Collaborate with Managed Care, Clinical Compliance, and Revenue Cycle teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/Finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing all charge master functions
- Certified Coder
- Microsoft 365 Experience Required: Excel, Work, Access, SharePoint, Outlook

Role Description The Duty Drawback Specialist assists with processing duty drawback claims, analyzing import and export data, preparing and submitting drawback claims. This position is remote for a Utah based service company. - Perform import and export data entry in accordance with procedures - Prepare and submit drawback claims with thoroughness and accuracy - Maintain documentation records in accordance with regulations and company SOPs - Support lower-complexity clients and claims - Apply basic proof of export and claim validation rules - Navigate all required drawback systems and programs - Progressively build independence toward filing lower- to mid-complexity claims - Build solid relationships with internal and external partners - Support the duty drawback team as needed Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience with import entry and customs brokerage process - Solid understanding of supply chain, import, and export processes - Knowledge of duty drawback regulations with some processing experience a plus - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment - Excellent communication and relationship building skills - Strong data analytics and attention to detail - Adaptable self-starter comfortable with ambiguity - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analytic tools - Bachelor's degree preferred
