• RocketReach is looking for a strong Mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Engineering team! • As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will get to work on critical customer-facing product features that scale for our 25M+ users and our dataset of 700 million professionals across 35 million companies. • This is a Full Stack Engineer position on the Growth team, responsible for optimizing mission-critical customer experiences to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. • You will work collaboratively with the cross-functional team to ideate, measure, test, and optimize our self-serve and enterprise product flows.
Job Requirements
- Have deep experience working across the stack on complex web-based applications
- Are highly skilled in the following or similar technologies: Python, Linux, PostgreSQL, AWS, Javascript, HTML/CSS, modern web frameworks, A/B testing, analytics
- Write clean, non-repetitive, well-tested code that can scale to millions of requests per hour
- Have a growth mindset and enjoy collaborating with a cross-functional team to ideate and optimize customer experiences
- Are curious, unafraid to ask questions, and have strong communication skills
- Feel confident with the ability to lead projects and own products end-to-end with the team
- Care about working with talented, low-ego, overall good people
