• Consult with clients on best practices to achieve implementation milestones. • Understand client and internal requirements to manage the implementation of behavioral solutions. • Oversee project management and technical delivery of embedded solutions. • Report implementation status and risks. • Advise on data collection and design requirements. • Partner with Solution Engineering to determine solution strategy and implementation. • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate configuration and deployment. • Support pre- and post-sales implementation projects to guide NeuroID value. • Deliver client-facing technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of customer-facing implementation engineering experience.
- Customer-facing skills, with the ability to work in confidence with clients and speak with senior-level technology contacts.
- Experience in the fraud and identity industry.
- Front-end web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including writing Vanilla JavaScript functions.
- Experience building web applications with frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with development environments, IDEs, source control, and version control processes.
- Knowledge of web app deployment, including CI/CD, staging/QA environments, and HTTP protocol concepts.
- Experience developing and testing REST APIs and building/deploying APIs, using tools like Curl or Postman.
- Experience with mobile app development or SDKs for iOS or Android.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Snowflake and Python.
