Description Job Title: After Hours Coordinator Location: Fully Remote (Company laptop provided) Pay: $13.75 per Hour This is a remote position that requires active availability during the following times: Monday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm Tuesday: 5:30pm - 6:30pm and 7:30pm - 9pm Total paid hours: 10 hours bi-weekly Average workload: 5 - 8 hours bi-weekly Job Summary Safe at Home, a proud division of Kennedy Care, provides high-quality, professional nanny services throughout Southeast and Southwest Michigan. We support individual families with ongoing, personalized care, and partner with organizations such as Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Ford Motor Company, and Bright Horizons to offer reliable backup child care services to their employees. We’re currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented After Hours Coordinator to support our child care program. This fully remote, part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and is passionate about helping families thrive. As the After Hours Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for our existing clients, managing shift scheduling and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and successful operation of our program. You’ll play a key role in upholding Safe at Home’s mission of providing trusted, responsive care to children and their families. Role Description The Closing department is a fast-paced department that communicates heavily with borrowers, clients, and vendors. The closing department is responsible from when a signing is scheduled until all paperwork has been completed. This includes balancing loan figures, conducting a final review of all documents and delivering the document package to the notary or attorney for signing. The closing specialist is responsible for reviewing the daily closing calendar to ensure that all documents have been delivered as well as monitoring pipelines with a focus on turn times. Responsibilities - Collaborates with lending counterparts from Solidifi’s clients during the closing process. - Possess strong written/verbal communication skills to communicate internally with other departments to resolve lender signing conditions. - Maintain the ability to multitask and prioritize based on changing workflow requirements. - Understands standard refinance process with ability to answer questions from both lenders and borrowers. - Maintain exceptional problem-solving skills as all transactions are not the same. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 1-2 years prior industry experience in title/escrow required, closing experience a plus. - Knowledge of lending requirements and standard loan documentation. - Experience with ResWare or a similar workflow software system is an asset. - Skills in written and verbal communication, as well as an ability to multitask. - Experience with Microsoft Office programs. - Ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
