• ISN is responsible for creating competitive applications and managing their processes from application to final report. • Manage and maintain the ISN’s daily, monthly, quarterly and annual grants making processes to ensure proper authorization, funding and timely payment of grants. • Work closely with ISN Program Manager in the management and disbursement of subgrantee program. • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws governing the ISNs grants and source of funding. • Remain up to date on ISN and nonprofit best practices, grant-making guidelines and regulations.

• Manage, mentor, and develop Medical Writers to ensure exceptional performance and continuous growth • Supervise and review the preparation of a wide range of medical writing deliverables • Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest scientific and regulatory standards • Deliver compelling capabilities presentations to prospective clients • Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of SOPs and work practices

• Craft well-researched, engaging, and informative stories that highlight the achievements, innovations, and challenges within the Black tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem • Keep a vigilant eye on the tech landscape and social media platforms to identify emerging trends, breaking news, and noteworthy events that deserve our audience's attention • Develop thought-provoking and insightful questions to conduct interviews with professionals, entrepreneurs, innovators, and thought leaders within the Black tech community • Pitch and develop original content ideas that showcase unique perspectives, deep dives into tech-related topics, or compelling feature pieces • Diligently flag and file stories and maintain well-organized records of sources, references, and research materials to facilitate collaboration with editors

• Писати й редагувати весь in-app контент для застосунку FABU, підтримуючи послідовний і турботливий tone of voice. • Нести повну відповідальність за якість, зрозумілість і узгодженість усіх текстів у застосунку. • Створювати освітній і мотиваційний wellbeing-контент із глибоким психологічним змістом, що підсилює емоційний зв’язок і довіру користувачів. • Тісно співпрацювати з продуктовою командою, щоб контент відповідав бренду та покращував користувацький досвід. • Слідкувати за ринком і конкурентами, постійно вчитися та застосовувати релевантні інсайти в роботі з контентом. • Використовувати AI-інструменти (ChatGPT, MidJourney, AI-агенти тощо) для підтримки, масштабування та оптимізації створення контенту. • Вести повний життєвий цикл контенту, підтримуючи його структуру, актуальність і послідовність у часі, та слідкувати, щоб усе рухалося за планом.
