CTG is seeking an Epic ClinDoc Analyst is responsible for the design, build, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic Clinical Documentation workflows. This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams to ensure that documentation tools support safe, efficient, and compliant patient care. The analyst will participate in system upgrades, new functionality rollouts, workflow redesign, and ongoing enhancement of the ClinDoc module. Key Responsibilities Application Build & Support - Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic ClinDoc functionality, including flowsheets, notes, SmartTools, care plans, and clinical documentation workflows. - Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for end‑user support requests. - Maintain system integrity through change control processes, documentation, and version management. Workflow Analysis & Optimization - Collaborate with nursing, ancillary, and provider teams to understand clinical workflows and translate them into effective system design. - Recommend improvements to documentation processes to enhance usability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. - Participate in optimization initiatives, including documentation standardization and clinical transformation projects. Testing & Validation - Develop and execute test scripts for new build, upgrades, and system changes. - Validate workflows in the training and production environments to ensure accuracy and reliability. Training & Communication - Partner with training teams to ensure curriculum and materials reflect current build and best practices. - Provide subject‑matter expertise during go‑live events, onboarding, and workflow changes. - Communicate system updates, enhancements, and impacts to clinical stakeholders. Collaboration & Governance - Work closely with Epic application teams, project managers, and operational leaders to support cross‑functional initiatives. - Participate in governance meetings, design sessions, and decision‑making processes related to clinical documentation. Qualifications Required - Experience supporting or working with Epic ClinDoc or other Epic clinical applications. - Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation practices, and interdisciplinary care processes. - Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into system design. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. - Epic ClinDoc Certification (or willingness to obtain within required timeframe). - Clinical background (RN, RT, PT/OT, or other licensed clinical role). - Experience with flowsheet design, SmartForms, SmartText, SmartLinks, and clinical documentation tools. - Experience in a healthcare IT environment or EHR implementation. Overview The MSR Loss Analyst will be responsible for ensuring post-liquidation audits are conducted on loans that experience a loss in Lakeview Loan Servicing MSR portfolio, and that third-party liability is appropriately identified, billed, and collected. Loss reviews will typically be conducted after insurer and investor claims are paid (FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). The MSR Loss Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing other miscellaneous-type losses (tax penalties, MI late fees, etc.) to determine loss responsibility. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive pay range of $30.00 to $33.00 per hour, plus an annual bonus. You'll also receive our excellent benefits package, which includes medical coverage starting on day one and a company-matched 401(k). Compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other job-related factors. Responsibilities - Review sub-servicer invoices to reconcile losses on loans. - Review applicable indemnifications from third parties to identify recoverable losses. - Access servicing system and document management systems to QC claims filed by sub-servicers. - Conduct loss reviews and prepare invoices and backup documentation for third-party recovery. - Maintain reporting on claims work in process inventory. - Participate in calls with sub-servicers and other third-party indemnification providers. - Provide guidance and oversight to third-party contractors as necessary.
