CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months We are seeking a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to support an active Epic implementation while mentoring and developing the existing Cadence analyst team. This role will combine hands-on build responsibilities within Epic Cadence with leadership, guidance, and quality oversight to ensure a successful implementation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Epic Cadence expert who brings deep scheduling workflow knowledge, strong governance discipline, and a passion for developing other analysts. Key Responsibilities Implementation Leadership - Provide subject matter expertise for Cadence build during implementation. - Guide system design decisions for scheduling templates, visit types, provider records, and resource management. - Review and validate configuration to ensure adherence to Epic best practices. - Partner with project leadership to maintain implementation timelines and milestones. Mentorship & Team Development - Mentor and coach current Cadence analysts on build standards, workflow design, and troubleshooting. - Conduct build reviews and quality assurance assessments. - Develop internal documentation standards and knowledge-sharing practices. - Provide structured feedback and skill development guidance to analysts. - Serve as escalation point for complex scheduling build issues. Application Build & Optimization - Configure and optimize scheduling templates, blocks, visit types, and rules. - Support multi-specialty ambulatory scheduling workflows. - Align scheduling build with revenue cycle requirements. - Design and optimize work queues and reporting related to scheduling metrics. - Ensure accurate integration with downstream workflows (registration, orders, billing). Governance & Standardization - Support scheduling governance processes and template standardization. - Establish best practices for template management and change control. - Collaborate with operational stakeholders to balance access, productivity, and compliance. Testing & Go-Live Support - Develop and review test scripts for scheduling workflows. - Lead integrated testing efforts across applications. - Support cutover planning and go-live readiness. - Provide stabilization support and issue resolution post-activation. Background in settings that prioritize behavioral health as a core component of patient care is strongly preferred. Overview The MSR Loss Analyst will be responsible for ensuring post-liquidation audits are conducted on loans that experience a loss in Lakeview Loan Servicing MSR portfolio, and that third-party liability is appropriately identified, billed, and collected. Loss reviews will typically be conducted after insurer and investor claims are paid (FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac). The MSR Loss Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing other miscellaneous-type losses (tax penalties, MI late fees, etc.) to determine loss responsibility. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive pay range of $30.00 to $33.00 per hour, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities - Review sub-servicer invoices to reconcile losses on loans. - Review applicable indemnifications from third parties to identify recoverable losses. - Access servicing system and document management systems to QC claims filed by sub-servicers. - Conduct loss reviews and prepare invoices and backup documentation for third-party recovery. - Maintain reporting on claims work in process inventory. - Participate in calls with sub-servicers and other third-party indemnification providers. - Provide guidance and oversight to third-party contractors as necessary. Qualifications - 4+ years’ experience in mortgage servicing - 2+ years’ experience in post-liquidation claims - Familiarity with GSE and Government claims processes - Prefer MSP knowledge, but not required - Working knowledge of investor/insurer guidelines and timeframes for default actions. - Proficiency with GSE and Government claims systems (FHA Connection, Valeri, Black Knight, Vendorscape). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access). - Working knowledge of post-liquidation claims to investor/insurers. - Loss analysis/audit on claims submitted to the investor/insurer to determine the responsible party. - Responsible for knowledge of counterparty/seller/sub-servicer contracts as it applies to loss reimbursement. - Submission and tracking of the bill backs to ensure timely reimbursement and responses on appeals. - General knowledge on tax penalty-related items, as well as MI under-disclosed issues and MI late charges.
