Role Description Bright Vision Technologies LLC is seeking an internal Junior financial accountant for a Full-Time hire. This role is crucial in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining financial health for our company. - Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. - Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. - Manage all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. - Interact with vendors on a daily basis. Responsibilities - Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. - Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. - Maintain historical records with accuracy in accounting/bookkeeping. - Pay vendors and ensure payments are received for outstanding credit; respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance. - Prepare analysis of accounts and produce monthly reports. - Continue to improve the accounting processes. - Additional duties assigned by management as necessary. - Experience in Quickbooks a must. Qualifications - 2-3 years of prior accounts payable/receivables experience. - Degree in accounting preferred. - Professional demeanor. - Proficiency at Microsoft Excel and Word. - Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills. What You Bring Education/Experience: - Requires a four (4) year college degree, preferably in a finance related major. Degree must include 15 hours of accounting. - Familiarity with G.A.A.P. required.
