Role Description We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) Engineer who will be responsible for managing the overall design, development, test, and implementation of an automated alert enrichment pipeline and DLP alert classifications using AI tools/solutions. Should be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Why you're a great fit - 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations — ideally in high-growth or complex environments as a founder or founding/early hire - Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows. - Strong technical literacy with mainstream and cutting edge AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude Code/Codex/Gemini, N8N, OpenClaw, Replit). - Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills. - Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams. - Systems thinker with a bias for execution — able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.); MBA a plus. - (Preferred) Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments.
