What You’ll Do - Executive Support: Manage sophisticated calendars, inbox triage, and complex domestic/international travel across US and European time zones. - Meeting & Event Management: Coordinate board meetings, monthly business reviews, and offsites—including agendas, briefing materials, and action-item tracking. - Communication: Draft and proofread executive-level communications; serve as the primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal/external stakeholders. - Project Coordination: Support strategic initiatives through document management, presentation creation (decks), and light project management.
