• Act as the primary technical leader in customer calls, leading technical discussions and presenting solutions. • Support DevOps, migration, and modernization projects by delivering high-quality technical strategies. • Conduct Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) assessments and lead workshops to evaluate cloud migration readiness. • Create detailed level-of-effort estimates and scope-of-work documents to support project planning and proposals. • Serve as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues during project execution. • Guide team members on AWS solutions, migration strategies, and best practices, fostering skill development. • Leverage deep cloud migration experience to ensure seamless transitions to AWS from on-premises environments. • Design and implement innovative solutions, remaining hands-on throughout project lifecycles. • Stay updated on AWS offerings, DevOps tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with Business Development to advance opportunities: deliver high-impact demos, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), technical presentations, and customized solution proposals. • Drive customer adoption through on-site engagements, including training, system integrations, and support across the U.S. and internationally (up to 50% travel). • Develop Python/Bash scripts and automation tools to streamline integrations and resolve complex customer challenges efficiently. • Capture field insights to inform Product and R&D roadmaps while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. • Lead the technical sales cycle end-to-end—from discovery and solution design to post-sale onboarding and ongoing success.

• Design scalable warehouse and fulfillment solutions in response to customer opportunities and RFPs • Develop workflows across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations • Build labor models, space plans, and material handling strategies to support growth and efficiency • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Real Estate, HR, and Operations to develop comprehensive solutions • Support pricing strategy and scenario modeling to drive competitive and profitable proposals • Leverage data analytics and process engineering techniques to identify operational improvements and innovation opportunities • Participate in customer presentations and site visits to validate solution assumptions • Evaluate automation, emerging technologies, and process improvements to enhance solution performance • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools, processes, and solution design methodologies
