Job Description

Solutions Architect – AI Agents Deployment

Lavendo

• Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems) • Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Hands-on software development experience and fluency in AI technologies, including prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
  • Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks
  • Business process analysis skills — you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes
  • Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry
