GenAI Architect
Tiger Analytics
• Design and lead the development of large-scale, cloud-native Generative AI platforms and solutions. • Architect and design cloud-native, scalable GenAI platforms leveraging Microsoft Azure services. • Define end-to-end system architectures integrating GenAI components with enterprise applications. • Design and govern API-first architectures, including REST/GraphQL APIs, service contracts, and integration patterns. • Implement security-by-design principles, including identity and access management, network security, data protection, and compliance standards. • Design and optimize event-driven architectures using messaging, streaming, and asynchronous processing patterns. • Lead architectural decisions around scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization. • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, AI, and platform teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance across teams. • Establish best practices, standards, and reference architectures for GenAI solutions. • Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise and cloud architecture standards.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience in software engineering and solution/enterprise architecture roles.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience architecting or supporting Generative AI or AI/ML platforms.
- Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or AI orchestration platforms.
- Experience with DevOps and cloud-native deployment patterns (CI/CD, IaC).
- Proven expertise in building scalable, distributed systems using microservices and container-based architectures.
- Deep understanding of API design and integration patterns, including security and governance.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture patterns, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience designing event-driven systems using queues, topics, or streaming platforms.
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Role Description We're looking for a hands-on AI Principal Engineer to help us build the future of AI at Improvado. It’s a unique opportunity for someone excited to define the product vision based on real user needs and directly build the systems that power it. You’ll work closely with our CEO (who’s also our Chief Product Officer with a strong technical background) to drive the direction of our AI features. From high-level strategy to low-level implementation, you’ll bridge product thinking and deep engineering. You'll also help guide a small, talented team of AI engineers — mentoring, setting direction, and writing production code alongside them.
