Director

Mars Men

• Own Seller Central setup, FBA strategy, and ongoing account health • Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment, and inbound logistics in partnership with Operations • Maintain strong in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory and fees • Partner with Finance on Amazon unit economics and channel P&L • Ensure all content meets compliance requirements, category standards, and brand guidelines • Monitor and resolve catalog issues, suppressed listings, and account risks • Build and execute Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display • Optimize spend and performance through testing and data driven decision making • Lead launches, promotions, and organic ranking strategies • Report performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence • Partner closely with Creative, Growth, Operations, and CX teams • Manage agencies or external partners as needed

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Amazon experience managing and scaling a consumer brand
  • Proven experience launching and growing a brand on Amazon from scratch
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and advertising platforms
  • Experience in supplements, health, beauty, or other regulated categories strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort owning forecasts, reporting, and P&L inputs
  • Highly organized, proactive, and effective in a fast paced, high growth environment
