Title: Lead Software Engineer Location: Remote We are seeking an exceptional Development Leader to lead high-performing, full‑stack engineering teams delivering modern, scalable applications. This leader is hands-on, technically credible, and deeply accountable for quality, delivery, and team success. The ideal candidate has led in a Java Spring Boot microservices backend with a React and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) front end, and thrives in environments that demand high standards, continuous improvement, and decisive leadership. This role requires someone who challenges the status quo, raises the bar, and builds teams that consistently deliver. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
