Job Description

Lead Technologist, Enablement Architect

Cloud Software Group

• Define and own the role-based enablement strategy for Solutions Architects and Account Technical Strategists across the customer lifecycle • Design and maintain curricula and learning pathways aligned to technical competency frameworks, architecture maturity models, and business outcomes • Ensure enablement supports key SA and ATS motions, including discovery, architecture design, deployment planning, risk mitigation, adoption acceleration, and value articulation • Deliver learning experiences that are engaging, predictive, and outcome-focused, minimizing time away from customer work • Leverage AI-enabled learning tools to identify trends, predict skill gaps, and prescribe targeted development paths • Incorporate experiential learning methods such as hands-on labs, simulations, scenario-based learning, and real-world architectural challenges • Conduct ongoing learning needs assessments informed by role expectations, field feedback, and customer outcomes • Define and implement evaluation methodologies to measure learning effectiveness, skill growth, and impact on field performance • Establish clear reporting on learning engagement, competency progression, program outcomes, and ROI of enablement investments • Continuously refine content and programs based on data, insights, and evolving business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equal experience
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement for technical, architecture, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Proven experience implementing and scaling competency frameworks and role-based learning programs
  • Strong understanding of learning evaluation, data fluency, and outcome measurement
  • Experience managing LMS/CMS platforms, vendors, and complex enablement programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly, concisely, and compellingly to diverse audiences
