• Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global (Non US) Clinical Training and Programming • Serve as a SME on Global Clinical Training and Programming, including across time zones, cultures and languages • Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy that is sustainable for continued growth • Coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics • Work closely with large Jumbo customers to consult on Training and Programming planning, including partnering with internal stakeholders to consult, manage and advise customers. • Work closely with the Global team regarding strategy and implementation • Partner with US Program Managers to plan and coordinate training and programming • Ensure we are measuring training and program effectiveness • If possible, involved in some delivery and/or producing of events • Will take a leadership role in planning for global programming related to events such as World Mental Health Day

• Plans and controls day to day project activities and budgets • Implements IT governance • Manages customer relationships, enabling commitment • Works with business unit to define needs and arranges appropriate resources • Coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers for multiple projects/programs, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management • Accountable for work development of work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers • Acceptance Criteria and User Acceptance Testing • Monitors and manages achievement of SLA with suppliers and ISP • Coordinates communication, escalation, and financial impact management, when SLAs are not met.

What You’ll Do 1.  Design and Own the Compliance & Risk Framework Build and maintain Spinwheel’s integrated compliance and risk management framework—defining how operational, regulatory, and partner risks are identified, scored, and tracked. Maintain the risk and controls register, ensuring risks and controls have clear ownership, mitigation plans, and measurable progress. Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory requirements (FCRA, GLBA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, CCPA) into operational policies and controls.
