Job Title Senior Software Engineer 1, Mobile Development Job Description About the Role: People, Inc. is looking for an experienced mobile technologist with deep expertise in React Native development and mobile advertising to join our Revenue Development team. In this role, you’ll work across the People, Inc. portfolio of brands and mobile applications, partnering closely with business stakeholders to plan and implement advertising, data management, and consent management solutions. You’ll also collaborate with and guide fellow engineers to deliver high-quality ad experiences that balance performance, revenue, and user experience. This position has a direct and immediate impact on how advertising is delivered across our mobile apps, helping the Revenue Development team continuously improve monetization while maintaining a great experience for users. About Your Contributions: - Build and maintain scalable mobile ad experiences using React Native and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for iOS and Android. - Translate business and revenue requirements into scalable ad implementations across mobile applications. - Design how ads are configured, loaded, and displayed while balancing performance, reliability, and user experience. - Support multiple ad formats, including native, interstitial, and rewarded experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality mobile advertising solutions. About You: - 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript, along with working knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, or Java, and familiarity with Xcode and Android development tools. - 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating the Google Mobile Ads SDK for iOS and Android in production applications. - Experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including IAB standards, header bidding, and consent management. - Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Git and Jira. - Experience integrating third-party APIs and vendor solutions. - Strong understanding of mobile performance and user experience considerations. - Experience working on mobile games or other highly interactive, performance-sensitive mobile applications is a plus. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
