AI Engineer

• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design and implementation of solutions using LLM's • Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to ensure the highest quality and accuracy from AI models • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models and services into our core products • Act as an AI generalist, empowering our internal teams to use AI tooling effectively • Work in a highly collaborative environment with the product and data team to explore new AI technologies • Utilize cloud platforms, particularly AWS AI services, to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered features.

Job Requirements

  • Approximately 3+ years of hands-on experience in a software engineering, machine learning, or related role
  • Proven experience and demonstrated deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and fine-tuning techniques
  • Strong software development fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Node.js and/or Python preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services; specific experience with AWS Bedrock services and Agent Core is a strong plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

This role is for a hands-on engineer and someone who loves writing code, building systems end-to-end, and solving real-world technical challenges in secure, distributed environments.
