• Install, calibrate, repair and perform preventive maintenance primarily on centrifuges, incubators, autoclaves, media preparators, plate pourers, and basic laboratory equipment • Report completed work in our systems and to the customer • Provide technical support via phone and email, as well as handle spare parts sales • Contribute to long‑term customer relationships and the development of our service offerings

• Support pharmaceutical customers across the Catalonia and Navarra area • Deliver on site installation, maintenance, application, software, and compliance services • Provide customer training focused on Liquid Chromatography (LC) and gas chromatography (GC) solutions • Diagnose and resolves product and application method performance problems • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations • Collaborate with Agilent teams to provide solutions to customers
