Role Description Buscamos perfiles técnicos para incorporarse a un proyecto global de un importante banco internacional enfocado en la construcción de una Knowledge Base corporativa, con evolución hacia Knowledge Graph, capacidades avanzadas de search semántico y potencial integración con RAG y GenAI. El objetivo del proyecto es construir una plataforma que permita organizar, estructurar, indexar y explotar conocimiento corporativo, facilitando su acceso mediante APIs, motores de búsqueda y sistemas inteligentes. Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en: - Arquitectura de conocimiento - Procesamiento de información - Búsqueda semántica - Integración de datos No es necesario cumplir con todos los requisitos; candidatos con experiencia parcial en alguno de los dominios también pueden encajar. • Provides end-to-end technical and estimating support for an established engineering consultancy. • Works closely with Project Managers and senior engineers. • Supports the review of mechanical and HVAC drawings, system validations, quantity take-offs, tender preparation, and documentation management across multiple projects. • Reviews mechanical and HVAC drawings, specifications, and equipment selections. • Assists with HVAC system sizing checks and technical validations. • Populates and maintains technical data sheets and equipment schedules. • Assists in preparing and compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals. • Reviews design documentation against applicable standards, codes, and project requirements. • Reviews mechanical documentation against other disciplines to identify scope gaps. • Supports responses to RFIs and RFQs in coordination with Project Managers and senior engineers. • Maintains accurate and consistent engineering documentation across projects. • Performs quantity take-offs from construction drawings using Bluebeam or equivalent software. • Measures and quantifies ductwork, pipework, plant, and associated HVAC components. • Prepares quantity breakdowns and schedules to support estimating and tender submissions. • Assists in preparing tender folders, schedules, and supporting documentation. • Organises and manages files and documentation from the estimating inbox and tender pipeline. • Populates project templates and standard forms accurately and consistently. • Standardises engineering and estimating documentation in line with internal processes. • Maintains document control and version consistency across projects. • Supports task tracking and workflow management within Monday.com or similar systems. • Provides general engineering and project administration support to Project Managers as required. • Other position-level duties as they arise.

• Serve confidently in a client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders effectively. • Coordinate and execute release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across multiple agencies. • Design and build call flows, chat solutions, and backend system integrations using APIs. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for NICE BU, contributing to solution design and optimizing network solutions. • Design and implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact center technology. • Collaborate with the architecture team to design, develop, and integrate APIs. • Translate business requirements into technical requirements, preparing design documents for application development. • Provide troubleshooting support and technical assistance for scripting and system issues. • Work with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS/IaaS providers and virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and network infrastructure. • Coordinate issue resolution and communication with technical teams in case of problems. • Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee the resolution of support questions related to agency tickets. • Act as an SME, guiding team members in designing and achieving requested IVR enhancements.

• Work closely with internal and external product teams integrating our payment solution. • Help products correctly integrate our frontend JavaScript SDK and backend APIs. • Be deeply familiar with how our system behaves in real-world integrations. • Feed real integration issues, edge cases, and gaps back to the engineering team. • Write code, read code, debug integrations, and help shape both the SDK and the documentation based on real usage. • Assist product teams in integrating the JavaScript payment SDK into their frontend applications. • Help configure payment flows, callbacks, and error handling. • Monitor support channels (Slack, tickets, shared chats, etc.). • Answer technical questions related to SDK usage and API behavior. • Guide teams through best practices for secure and reliable integrations. • Reproduce reported integration issues locally or in test environments. • Debug frontend and API-related issues across: JavaScript SDK, Backend Golang API, CRM and configuration interfaces. • Identify real bugs and escalate confirmed bugs to the development team with clear reproduction steps and context. • Review and validate API and SDK documentation against real system behavior. • Keep documentation in sync with current SDK and API versions. • Identify missing examples, unclear explanations, or misleading flows. • Proactively improve developer-facing docs based on integration feedback. • Use and understand the internal Next.js CRM. • Help configure products, payment flows, and settings via the CRM. • Provide feedback to the CRM team on usability gaps or missing functionality. • Occasionally implement small frontend improvements if needed. • Act as the voice of integrators and product teams inside RubyLabs. • Share recurring issues, friction points, and improvement ideas with engineering and product. • Help prioritize fixes and improvements based on real-world impact. • Contribute to improving overall developer experience of the platform.
