Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master’s degree program and in good academic standing
  • Interest in nonprofit organizations, higher education, or community-focused work is preferred, though not required
  • Prior internship, work, or volunteer experience in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Collaborative team player who also demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Skilled communicator; both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful work
  • Comfortable and self-motivated in a remote, virtual work environment using digital collaboration tools

Role Description Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Community Manager to oversee and engage a private entrepreneur community of approximately 160 members. This role is centered around daily Slack engagement, relationship building, member satisfaction, and event coordination. The Community Manager plays a critical role in fostering meaningful connections, driving participation, and maintaining a positive, professional, and high-energy community environment.
