How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate and/or lead assigned program(s). - Monitor program plans, schedule and budget. - Recommend alternative actions based on tracking outcomes. - Coordinate, organize and support program promotions to targeted audience. - Document and track program progress compared to goals. - Coordinate and prepare reports, materials and presentations to support program leaders. - Coordinate and/or lead program tasks as assigned. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking This position will be responsible for: - Lead and coordinate assigned programs, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. - Utilize advanced proficiency in data systems to perform applied data analysis, ensuring all Medicaid alignment and compliance reporting is flawless. - Document and track progress against key goals; prepare high-level reports and presentations for program leadership and stakeholders. - Act as the lead subject matter expert in training internal staff and contracted providers on system navigation, validation, and issue resolution. - Identify trends in tracking outcomes and recommend alternative actions to optimize program performance. Ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar - Advanced proficiency in data systems and applied data analysis - Experience with Medicaid alignment, compliance reporting, and database integrity - Demonstrated experience and ability to train internal staff and contracted providers in system navigation, validation, and issue resolution - Prior experience with healthcare billing and insurance Selected candidate will need to Clear Level 2 background Screening.
