What is The Role Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Manager. This role will work as a cross-functional member of the Partner team to accelerate and optimize channel sales efforts. You will act as a bridge across teams, enabling smooth communication, driving operational efficiency, generating pipeline and empowering our channel partners to succeed. What You Will Be Doing - Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs, resources, and tools to support the channel and ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell Elastic solutions. - Sales Plays: Enable delivery of strategic sales plays to channel partners to align with company priorities and spark pipeline generation and conversion rates within your region. - Operational Support: Manage operational tasks by collaborating with the channel operations team to streamline processes, track partner activities, and maintain accurate records. - Cross-Team Liaison: Act as a communication bridge across internal teams (sales, operations, product marketing, etc) to ensure alignment and timely support for channel partners. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. - Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive culture changing results at Elastic. What You Bring - Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Sales experience with ability to manage quotas, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners. - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping partners succeed. - Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau). - Knowledge of Elastic’s solutions and an understanding of the partner ecosystem is a plus. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable). The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being. What You’ll Do - Close Warm Inbound Leads - Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily - all customers have recently requested a quote directly from our company. - Respond within 5 minutes (speed-to-lead = your income). - Use a consultative, value-driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments. - Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel - tasks, notes, follow-ups, and deal management. - Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection. - Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, taking charge of your own success and staying up to date with best practices. - Pipeline & Follow-Up Management - Execute structured, multi-touch follow-ups to convert undecided leads. - Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene. - Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails - whatever gets the close. - Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline.
