Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Deep understanding of WCAG, Section 508, EN301-549, and relevant accessibility standards / laws
  • Ability to use assistive technology, including live demonstrations
  • Professional accessibility certifications
  • Understanding of document remediation for accessibility
  • Knowledge of accessible web design
  • Track record of team collaboration and strong ability to communicate in written and oral formats
  • Ability to work out of our Oklahoma or Boise locations (ideal but not required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (additional desirable characteristic)
  • 5+ years of management experience (additional desirable characteristic)
  • Ability to perform direct code remediation of accessibility issues in frameworks such as Angular, React, and other web / mobile technologies (additional desirable characteristic)
