Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in a role where you were responsible for managing a team of software engineers and everything that comes with it.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing, inclusive team by coaching engineers and developing future leaders.
  • The ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work.
  • You take ownership of your team’s outcomes and feel confident making decisions in ambiguous situations while empowering others to do the same.
  • Contribute to cross-team and departmental initiatives that support broader engineering strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Significant hands-on development experience and have engineered your way out of many complex, unscoped problems.
  • Willing to engage directly with technical challenges when needed and lead by example.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers both in your team and across the engineering organization.
  • Successfully coordinated and delivered large-scale projects before that touched multiple areas of the business, product, or underlying architecture.
  • Scope, plan, and drive execution of initiatives with your team. Ensure accountability to goals, timelines, and quality standards, proactively removing blockers along the way.
  • Cascade relevant updates and priorities to stakeholders and collaborating teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on roadmaps and progress.
