Senior Client Services Technician
Immunovant
• Provide white glove support to employees, executives, and VIPs. • Application and hardware troubleshooting and resolution. • Manage employee lifecycle changes (joiner, mover, leaver) including New Hire Orientation. • Manage user accounts and groups via Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID. • Manage complex Level 2/3 issues and coordinate with Level 1 MSP to ensure timely resolution. • Act as a trusted technical advisor and maintain a high-quality support experience. • Manage and maintain systems and knowledge base articles. • Support OS upgrades, device refreshes, offsite deployments, and other strategic initiatives. • Follow change management best practices to help users ease into changes. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and service delivery. • Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution with urgency. • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs. • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate clearly with technical and non technical audiences. • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and iPadOS.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end user support
- Proven white glove and executive support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and iPad support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain accountability
- Experience working with MSPs or distributed support teams
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL or formal change management frameworks.

Role Description The Member Advisor is an essential part of the Atticus team, delivering exceptional support to law firm owners enrolled in our coaching programs. This role involves proactively engaging members, managing onboarding, and coordinating events to ensure member success. Working closely with facilitators, members, and internal teams, the Member Advisor strives to make every member’s journey with Atticus smooth, empowering, and impactful. Key Responsibilities - Member Support - Respond to daily member inquiries via phone and email, offering guidance and resources. - Provide tailored recommendations to support members’ progress toward their goals. - Help members stay accountable to their commitments and provide supplemental coaching between quarterly sessions. - Member Engagement & Retention - Conduct monthly 30-minute check-ins to track progress, document notes, and offer targeted support. - Manage communications related to events, sessions, and program details, keeping members informed and engaged. - Facilitate smooth transitions between Atticus coaching programs to maintain high member satisfaction. - Quarterly Program Sessions - Prepare for and support virtual or in-person quarterly coaching sessions. - Develop content for sessions, including worksheets and presentations, to enhance learning. - Coordinate logistics for events, including A/V setup and catering orders. - Provide real-time support to facilitators and participants during sessions and handle post-session follow-up. - Internal Collaboration & Special Projects - Collaborate with other Member Advisors and facilitators on member-focused initiatives. - Maintain detailed member records and track program performance and retention metrics. - Assist with content development for future coaching programs. - Onboarding New Members - Conduct orientation calls to gather information about new members and their firms. - Guide new members through the onboarding process to set them up for a successful journey with Atticus. - Keep member profiles up-to-date and coordinate personalized coaching plans.
