Role Description You’ll join our Solutions Consultants team and lead our growing team of SCs across two strategic platforms: AdRoll DSP and AdRoll ABM, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Acceleration. This role is critical to driving revenue acceleration through technical sales expertise, cross-platform collaboration, and leadership excellence. The successful candidate will manage a globally distributed team of 6 Solutions Consultants (3 on the AdRoll DSP side and 3 on the AdRoll ABM side) and serve as a key bridge between sales, product, and customer success teams. The impact you’ll make: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Solutions Consultants (3 DSP, 3 ABM) across geographically distributed locations to deliver exceptional client outcomes. - Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including revenue growth, time-to-value for implementations, and cross-platform expertise adoption. - Develop and execute a team strategy that balances DSP and ABM platform expertise while building cross-functional capabilities. - Foster cross-functional alignment between the Solutions Consulting team, field sales organization, and product teams to ensure client success and market feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps. - Establish performance standards, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching and feedback, and create clear career development pathways for direct reports. - Collaborate with senior leadership on quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and organizational goals. Qualifications - 7+ years relevant work experience with at least 2 years managing a team in a revenue-generating or client-facing environment. - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams through performance management, coaching, and career development. - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably with experience in advertising technology, DSP, ABM, or similar B2B solutions. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving key business metrics. - Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
