This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We're creating this role because the way we work is changing — and that kind of change doesn't manage itself. As our Organizational Change Coach, you'll help the ELS department navigate the shift toward AI-driven ways of working: - Identify where friction originates and redesign processes built for a different reality. - Help teams adapt without losing the delivery discipline that makes us reliable. - Engage credibly with C-level stakeholders when cross-team or strategic issues need to surface. You'll be close enough to the product to understand context. What You'll Do - Coach product owners and team leads on backlog health, prioritization discipline, and scope management in a fast-changing environment. - Help teams maintain flow and predictability when priorities shift. - Support teams in evaluating and integrating new tools, including AI-assisted tooling, into their day-to-day work. - Spot patterns and dependencies that individual teams can't see and bring the right people together to resolve them. - Help the organization coordinate smarter by improving how existing structures actually work. - Assist teams in adapting their processes as the company integrates more AI-driven workflows. - Create space for teams to experiment with new approaches: define success, evaluate results, and integrate what works into standard practice. Qualifications - Strong Agile coaching skills — you can guide a team toward self-organization without becoming a dependency. - Experience working with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) — you can translate operational detail into strategic context and back again. - Comfort with ambiguity: you've worked where priorities shift frequently and have kept teams stable through it. - Technical background in software development, QA automation, or a closely related field. - Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). - Upper-intermediate English or above, written and spoken. - Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, automated testing, AI-augmented code review). - Background in organizational change or process redesign within a scaling team. Nice to have - Experience in security-adjacent products, infrastructure, or open-source environments. - Familiarity with Lean or DevOps principles. Benefits - A strong focus on professional development with opportunities for learning and growth. - Engage in interesting and challenging initiatives that push your technical and analytical skills. - Regular interaction with senior leadership, providing insights into strategic decision-making. - Fully remote work with flexible hours, allowing you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide. - Paid one-month vacation per year and unlimited sick leave to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance. - Medical insurance reimbursement to support your health needs. - Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. - The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
