Role Description The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to: - Payments - Analytics - Subscriptions - New products - Text to speech - External APIs This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount. Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week. Job Requirements

About the job As a Senior Backend Software Engineer you will help scale Stytch’s core product as we bring Stytch capabilities to Twilio’s full customer base, delivering secure, developer-first identity experiences. You’ll build backend systems that power authentication, authorization, and emerging agentic and non-human identity use cases. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering leadership to set direction, deliver high-impact features, and evolve our platform for Twilio’s scale.
