• Customize and configure P21 using Dynachange (Business Rules, Screen Designs, Menus, pop up designer, Tabs) • Develop/Maintain Portals using Report Studio/Info Maker and implement the portals in p21 • Develop and maintain SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Views, SSMS • Design and implement integrations between P21 and third-party systems. Banks, Concur, etc. • Support ERP upgrades, testing, debugging, and deployment • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and deliver scalable solutions • Create Functional Specs • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors. • Configure and develop features in Salesforce Communications Cloud (CSP, CPQ, EPC, Order Management). • Implement business processes such as quote-to-order, customer onboarding, and service provisioning. • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews. • Ensure compliance with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) for user stories. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation. • Perform unit testing and provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and technical standards.

Qualifications - 7 to 10+ years of experience shipping production systems in high-growth, high-scale environments. - Deep technical experience in cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure), and distributed architectures. - Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege, secrets management, data protection) in modern distributed systems. - Hands-on experience designing and operating authentication and authorization systems, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and fine-grained access control models (RBAC/ABAC). - Experience integrating with enterprise identity providers and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM) in Kubernetes-based or cloud-native environments. - Proven track record of leading major technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and shaping team culture. - Passion for performance, reliability, and elegant design. - Strong communication and leadership presence, you make others better.
