What you will be doing: - Lead power delivery projects from initiation through closeout, including scope development, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. - Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, engineering partners, and internal leadership, ensuring all project activities align with client standards, regulatory requirements, and system performance goals. - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, emphasizing technical quality, safety, and on‑time performance. - Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including substation design, physical/electrical engineering, system protection, SCADA/communications, and civil/structural contributors. - Manage subcontractors and external partners, ensuring work products meet technical specifications and project requirements. - Facilitate design reviews, technical work sessions, and project check‑ins to maintain alignment across teams and resolve engineering challenges. - Monitor project performance metrics - including design progress, engineering quality indicators, and cost/schedule variance and recommend corrective actions as needed. - Support business development activities, including the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, work plans, and client presentations. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $81,111.00 - $137,889.00 Pennsylvania Remote Office (PA99)

• Leads the planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects ranging in complexity. • Supports business development by participating in project scoping, fee development, proposal preparation, interviews, negotiations, and contract development. • Reviews assigned project(s) after award to define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences and develops schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists and progress billing points. • Meets with client management as necessary during the term of a project to resolve issues and to obtain approvals at the project’s completion. • Maintains a continuing business relationship with clients as part of ongoing business development efforts. • Plans, organizes, communicates and coordinates project engagements. • Manages the day-to-day activities of project engagements including Clients and Project Teams. • Achieve project objectives including quality/scopes, budgets, and schedules. • Analyzes project performance and resource utilization. • Identifies potential out of scope work. • Manages, and negotiates contract change orders. • Identifies and manages project risk from the proposal phase through the duration of the project. • Trains, mentors, and oversees other Project Managers and conducts/participates in portfolio and project reviews.

• Partner with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications. • Drive AI-enabled strategies for data integration, replication, and automation projects. • Manage project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. • Collaborate with engineering teams to design solutions that optimize memory, CPU, and multithreaded environments. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. • Conduct POCs and demos to showcase DBSync’s capabilities and win client confidence. • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. • Ensure smooth handover to support teams post-implementation. • Provide thought leadership on AI adoption within integration and replication workflows.

• Support customer engagements, from booking to delivery, demonstrating operational excellence resulting in delighted customers. • Develop comprehensive project plans that define scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Manage project lifecycle stages from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout project phases and managing stakeholder expectations. • Monitor and control project costs & schedules to ensure projects are delivered per budgetary constraints and on-time per project milestones. Prepare cost estimates, track expenses, and work with finance teams to report on financial status. • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, are free from errors, and delivered in a timely manner per customer contract service level agreements. Oversee development and delivery customer deliverables, addressing issues and ensuring performance requirements are met. • Ensure all projects adhere to the appropriate regulatory guidelines, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Work with stakeholders and technical teams to maintain regulatory requirements. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders. Report regularly to senior management on project status, risks, and issues. • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Provide direction, delegate tasks, and facilitate collaboration. • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
