• Build and deepen value-driven relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and large physician groups, including C-suite leaders (CMO, CNO, CIO, CMIO, CFO, CEO). • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and align on customer goals, adoption, and outcomes. • Lead structured discovery to understand customer priorities, operational challenges, and growth potential. • Translate customer needs into clear, tailored value propositions grounded in measurable outcomes and ROI. • Navigate complex healthcare buying processes, synthesize insights, and drive momentum across multi-stakeholder decision cycles. • Identify and nurture internal champions to advance organizational buy-in and expand the impact of PerfectServe’s solutions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise or consultative healthcare sales experience, ideally within hospitals or large provider organizations.
- Proven success selling complex, technical solutions into multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience influencing C-suite leaders and collaborating with post-sale teams such as Customer Success.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and hospital operations. Health IT experience strongly preferred.
