Role Description Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is seeking a dynamic, results-driven IT Project Manager to join our PMO and technology organization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 5+ years of IT or technology-focused project management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. - Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, Microsoft Project, Planner, or comparable project management platforms. - Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Requirements - Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm. - Background as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM role. - PMP, Agile, or other formal project management certification. - Experience working with enterprise legal applications (e.g., document management, practice management, finance, HR, security systems).
