Net Zero Program Manager

Cushman & Wakefield

• Develop and implement science-based target programs to help clients achieve Net Zero goals • Work closely with sustainability and operational teams to deliver Net Zero Program • Track, monitor, and report energy and carbon performance • Evaluate potential Net Zero goals including science-based and net zero targets • Develop procurement strategies for cost-effective achievement of objectives • Act as the key interface for real estate leadership and other teams to drive delivery • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build consensus and translate opportunities into robust program approaches • Manage the process of change, ensuring tools, processes, and mechanisms to communicate changes • Track, analyze, and report on global sustainability metrics and compliance reporting

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in subjects such as environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of diverse professional experience in managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporations
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, online software platforms
  • Expert understanding of relevant standards from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
  • Expert understanding of The GHG Protocol, CDP, and TCFD
  • Advanced expertise in Net Zero program management in real estate including strategic planning, transaction management, project/construction management, and facilities management
  • Proven record in sustainability program execution/delivery under tight timelines
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience making presentations to clients and their stakeholders
