Now we’re looking for an ERP Systems Manager who will serve as the strategic owner of our NetSuite ERP system, reporting directly to the VP of Data. This role is critical to ensure our technology infrastructure supports business growth while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance. You'll work cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead system optimization initiatives. What You’ll Do NetSuite Administration - Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and usage - Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access to ensure data security and compliance - Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, customizations, saved searches, and reports to meet business needs - Oversee system configuration across [insert scale details: e.g., 50+ users, 3 subsidiaries, processing 10,000+ transactions monthly] Strategic ERP Planning & Operations - Develop and execute long-term NetSuite strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans - Analyze system performance and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains - Partner with finance leadership on cost management initiatives and financial system improvements - Evaluate and recommend new NetSuite modules or third-party integrations to support business needs System Optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Warehouse, IT, Planning & Allocation) to gather requirements and improve system functionalities - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the NetSuite environment - Regularly evaluate and deploy NetSuite updates, patches, and new modules - Stay updated on NetSuite's latest features, trends, and developments to recommend future enhancements Data Management & Analytics - Oversee data integrity, including data imports, cleansing, and validation - Manage system integrations with third-party applications and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange Project Management - Lead NetSuite implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements from planning to execution - Document business processes, technical configurations, and user manuals for training and reference - Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications User Support and Training - Provide ongoing technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability - Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users - Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions Compliance and Security - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and NetSuite best practices - Monitor system performance, resolve potential issues proactively, and ensure data security and backup protocols are in place - Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes Our Commitment to Inclusion We believe crafting is for everyone and so is working here. What You Bring Must-haves (Proficient Skills): - 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Systems Manager - NetSuite Administrator Certification (required) - Strong technical proficiency in NetSuite customization including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics - Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration - Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field - Demonstrated project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bonus points (Strategic Skills) - NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification or SuiteFoundation Certification - Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution industries - Advanced SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development experience - Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management - Knowledge of financial processes including revenue recognition, procurement, and financial reporting - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification - Experience implementing NetSuite from scratch or leading major system migrations Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on your location as well as the experience and the skills you bring. - Proficient-level experience falls toward the lower to mid-range. - Strategic-level experience may be considered at the upper range. - Eligibility for the company’s profitability bonus plan. - Multiple medical, dental and vision plan options with company contributions to the premium costs. - Healthcare Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts - Company-paid life, short- and long-term disability benefits - 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match. - Generous Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and holiday pay policies. - Employee Discounts as all Local Crafts companies. - The chance to grow with a company that values creativity, collaboration, and a love of craft.
