Qualifications - Senior‑level experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, including hands‑on configuration of enterprise apps, policies, workflows, and federation. - Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth2, SCIM, token flows, and identity lifecycle patterns. - Proven ability to lead complex identity projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams. - Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, authorization, and provisioning systems. - Experience designing secure, scalable identity architectures in cloud or hybrid environments. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
