• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact. • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritize deliverables. • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for the supported program(s). • Review key metrics about a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations. • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. • Own end-to-end execution for Libraries programs, including intake, prioritization, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery of package and library builds. • Design and improve processes that enable scalable and reliable delivery which can be reproduced across library ecosystems. • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure to align priorities, timelines, and technical constraints. • Surface and manage risks, blockers, and tradeoffs early through effective execution forums and async communication. • Lead capacity planning and forecasting to support parallel initiatives and changing demand. • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve library and package coverage and reduce systemic friction. • Coordinate work performed by contractors or external contributors, ensuring quality and alignment with engineering standards. • Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly and accurately to engineering and leadership stakeholders.

• Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware storage, delivery and integration projects, from sales through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. • Technical Coordination: Work closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures. • Customer Interface: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing risks or issues proactively. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the program lifecycle. • Vendor Engagement: Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and support issue resolution. • Process & Quality Management: Maintain documentation, track program metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls. • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.

• Engage with cross-company teams (hardware/software engineering, product, QA, compliance) and drive alignment on release scope, milestones, risk management, and dependencies. • Guide engineering programs in all aspects of program management – planning, forecasting, documenting, scheduling, effective meetings, multi-faceted prioritization, management of dependencies, reporting, and effective handling of critical and blocking issues. • Guide engineering teams in the use of agile methodologies. • Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and improvement areas, collect and analyze data in support of planning and data driven decisions. • Define and implement standard processes for open-source contribution and release management within the AI/ML ecosystem. • Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads and streamlining processes. • Collaborate with hardware, software, and model program managers and engineering teams to implement inference libraries on existing and new hardware.
