• Build & Grow Your Pipeline • Prospect new opportunities through phone, email, virtual, and in-person meetings • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into strong business opportunities • Profile customers and conduct market research to identify growth potential • Drive Strategic Sales • Confidently address technical objections and articulate product architecture advantages • Identify decision-makers and cultivate lasting relationships • Analyze usage patterns to uncover upsell opportunities, including enterprise solutions • Meet and exceed ambitious sales goals • Deliver Value Beyond Licensing • Move beyond traditional sales approaches to offer comprehensive, customer-focused solutions • Innovate and test new outreach and engagement strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance • Own Your Territory Performance • Manage and optimize your CRM sales funnel for accuracy and conversion • Provide weekly updates, forecasts, and quarterly projections • Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing insights • Represent Tech Soft 3D at tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and user events • Travel 30-35% of the time to meet clients, assess their needs, and strengthen partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably selling to manufacturers or advanced technical software and service solutions (or equivalent software development experience)
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and address both technical and business requirements
  • Strong track record of prospecting and closing
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and executive leadership
  • Deep product knowledge with compelling presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Flexible, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
