Sales Development Representative
AvaSure
• Raise awareness and generate interest for AvaSure through cold calling, emails, and messaging through LinkedIn to prospective customers. • Schedule initial discovery calls for AvaSure Sales Executives and do research on the accounts and people you are reaching out to. • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 30 calls per day. • Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role. • Strategize with the sales and marketing team on new campaigns that will help generate new leads. • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices. • Update Dynamics 365 daily including lead records, activity notes, account notes, etc. • Create email and call campaigns and execute them within the sales automation platform (Salesloft) or CRM (Dynamics). • Stay up to date with new products, services, pricing, etc. that AvaSure has to offer. • Be accountable for meeting monthly sales quotas. • Work closely with our AE team to help with expansion deals. • Conduct your own research/prospecting. • Participating in sales meetings.
Job Requirements
- HS or GED Diploma is required.
- Some college preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or marketing is required.
- 6 months of experience in cold calling required.
- Experience working in CRMs and sales automation tools is required.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
