Job Description

Salesforce Solution Architect

Michael Baker International

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud. • Design scalable CRM processes across accounts/contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasting, proposal generation, legal review, and key account planning. • Define data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and governance standards. • Architect integrations with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM & ERP, Oracle PPM, Deltek Vantagepoint, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms. • Lead multi‑phase Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and releases. • Establish governance for configuration, development, testing, and documentation. • Oversee data migration, cleansing, and data quality frameworks. • Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce admins, analysts, and developers. • Design & Deliver dashboards, forecasting models, and pipeline analytics.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce CRM Cloud including Sales & Proposal Management, experience, including architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience in enterprise CRM implementations, multi‑system integrations, applications support and automation.
  • Strong expertise in Accounts/Contacts, Lead Management, Opportunity Lifecycle, and Sales processes.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, Deltek Vantagepoint, GovWin, and other third-party systems.
  • Experience with Outlook/Exchange integration, analytics, data governance, and release management.
  • Ability to guide development teams and enforce architectural best practices.
