• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRMA, and Tableau Next reports and dashboards to support business operations • Improve existing reports for accuracy, performance, and overall usability • Perform data validation to ensure consistency and reliability across reporting assets • Support data quality efforts, including cleansing, deduplication, validation, and enrichment • Monitor and maintain data quality and platform health, including job schedules and documentation • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to implement data governance standards and test new features in sandbox environments • Review Salesforce release notes and recommend relevant updates, enhancements, or configuration changes • Assist with troubleshooting data issues, assessing impacts, and documenting resolutions • Support import/export activities using Data Loader or similar tools (training provided) • Participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and documentation activities • Provide end-user support for data-related inquiries

• Provides advanced level data analysis, report writing/data mining, risk assessments, systems analysis, programming/technical execution, and tool development for system wide pharmacy related clinical, financial and compliance analytics needs across Sharp HealthCare to support recommendations for improved entity operations.

• Work within established data models to understand data structures and entity relationships • Contribute to the maintenance and documentation of existing data models • Perform descriptive data analysis under the guidance of senior analysts to identify trends and patterns • Prepare basic reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders • Work closely with data engineers, project managers, and senior analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and proactively communicate any roadblocks • Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking data for assigned tasks • Adhere to data security and compliance regulations and standards • Participate in code reviews to learn from senior analysts and ensure adherence to best practices
